Despite being one of the most successful comedians we’ve had, Benny Hill passed away in 1992 at the age of 68, alone in his spartan flat. This is a musical comedy that explores insights into this brilliant yet very odd comedian and relates them to modern issues and questions on freedom of speech and cancel culture.

Described as “Brilliant”, “Provokes discussion”, “Thought provoking” and “Ruddy marvellous”. Watch the 4-minute preview on YouTube.

This is an Air in G (Arts in Rural Gloucestershire) event. You can see all their events on airing.co.uk/rural-touring-whats-on/
