Market trading in Newent dates back to 1226 when the town received its first royal charter.
At the Saturday markets you’ll find a wide range of cakes, crafts, gifts, local produce, plants, street food plus more.
Transport by bus:
It’s useful to know that if you don’t want to drive, you can book the Robin to come to the market, or to Newent on any other day for that matter. £2 each way, or free if you have a bus pass.
