Coffee morning and market on Saturday 16th May for Christian Aid Week
Please join us for a coffee morning at our local pop-up market in the village hall, to help support Christian Aid’s work in Kenya – they and their partner, Beacon of Hope, are helping the inhabitants of settlements in Nairobi to grow vegetables in small urban spaces to feed their families and sell at markets.
There will be the usual Fair Trade goods as well as stalls with locally produced foods and crafts. Come along to browse and perhaps buy a gift or two — and don’t forget to enjoy coffee and cake!
For further info or to book a table (no charge), please send an email to caroline.mesne@gmail.com
