Veronica Gosling, artist and former long-term Clifford’s Mesne resident, will be returning (on Wed 4th June) to refresh the paintwork of our bus shelter. Prior to that there is to be a general clean of the
shelter along with, hopefully, varnishing the bench. (See below).

Please call in especially if you were a family who did the village portraits

and/or would like to contribute further to the artwork.

Youngsters are particularly welcome as they’ll be able to look back on this for many years and say “I helped paint that little corner of my village”!

The village hall will be open for refreshments.

If you’d like to help with cleaning the bus shelter prior to the repainting session, please contact Nell via nellcredland@gmail.com. We are hoping there will be enough volunteers willing and able to form a cleaning party on Tuesday 27th at 10 a.m to spruce up the interior.
